Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive at our company located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers - Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes effectively - Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases accurately - Addressing employee queries related to HR policies and procedures promptly - Supporting performance management and employee engagement activities - Coordinating training and development initiatives for continuous employee growth - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies at all times - Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required for smooth operations To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field - Possess 0-1 year of experience in HR (Freshers with relevant internship experience can also apply) - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills - Showcase strong organizational and time-management abilities - Be proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
