Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring efficient HR management. Additionally, the role involves providing support and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, and contributing to the development of HR strategies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
