Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist the HR team in other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or internships in HR preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR software/tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
