Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Category Buyer - Menswear, based in Chennai. The Category Buyer will be responsible for managing the menswear category, including identifying trends, supplier negotiation, purchasing, and analyzing sales data to make informed buying decisions. The role also involves contract negotiation and developing relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing. The goal is to ensure our menswear offerings meet our standards of quality, trend, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Category Management and Purchasing skills Proficiency in Supplier Negotiation and Contract Negotiation Excellent Analytical Skills to inform buying decisions Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field Ability to work on-site in Chennai
