Job Title: Accessories Designer/Fashion Designer Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role: Aisha Rao is seeking a passionate and creative Accessories Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing accessories including bags and other products that align with the brand’s aesthetic. You will play a key role in bringing fresh and imaginative ideas to life while collaborating closely with our design and production teams to ensure high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop accessories including bags and other complementary products for collections. Research trends, materials, and references to inspire innovative accessory designs aligned with the brand's vision. Create detailed sketches, design specs, and material boards for internal reviews and production. Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility, material availability, and quality standards. Oversee sampling and development, and make necessary adjustments based on fittings, feedback, and functionality. Maintain awareness of industry trends and market shifts, offering proactive input into future accessory collections. Contribute to visual storytelling and collection presentations through compelling design boards and mock-ups. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in Accessory Design. Strong understanding of product development processes and materials. Experience in luxury fashion or high-end design environments is a plus. Excellent design research capabilities and mood board creation. Strong visualization, sketching, and 3D presentation skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team. Bachelor's degree in Accessory Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Show more Show less
