Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR practices. Daily tasks will include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee records, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating training and development programs.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in an HR Executive role
