Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Executive to oversee HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The role will involve policy implementation, compliance management, recruitment coordination, and fostering employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exits.
• Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee records, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Foster employee engagement and address workplace concerns.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
