Position: Human Resource Executive

Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Experience: 0.5 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end hiring for creative, marketing, tech, and business roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Manage gifts, rewards, and appreciation initiatives.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.

HR Operations & Policy

• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Support drafting and implementation of HR policies and handbook.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
• Work with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in an agency setting).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Excel.
• A people-first mindset with a passion for employee development and engagement.
