Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing the overall HR management. The role requires regular interaction with employees and ensures that HR practices align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
