Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing HR management functions. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, handling employee inquiries, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and supporting employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
