Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive with 0–1 year of experience to support various human resources functions. You will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help in managing attendance and leave records.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying data.
• Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant internship or work experience in HR.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
