In this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - Onboarding & Induction: Ensuring a seamless onboarding process and familiarizing new employees with the company's culture and policies. - HR Audits: Supporting audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. - Employee Engagement: Planning and executing initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture. - HR Analytics: Utilizing Excel and Power BI for data analysis to offer insights on HR metrics. - Global Immigration: Assisting in work visa processing and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in HR operations. - MBA or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions and Power BI. - Exposure to global immigration processes would be advantageous. - Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
