Job Description

You are an experienced People Operations Executive responsible for driving key HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a high-performing workplace culture. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience. Your proactive and people-focused approach will be essential in balancing business objectives with employee well-being. Your responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to attract, hire, and retain a diverse and engaged workforce. You will support workforce planning initiatives to align talent strategy with business goals. As a trusted advisor, you will resolve workplace conflicts, performance issues, and policy violations while monitoring employee engagement levels and working closely with leadership to enhance morale, productivity, and retention. You will design and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, team-building, and employee experience. You will recommend and implement new HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws, you will provide guidance on policy interpretation and own HR compliance, audits, and reporting by collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other departments. Additionally, you will oversee the seamless onboarding of new joiners, manage leave and attendance tracking, lead training and development programs to upskill employees, and predict and address attrition risks through effective attrition management strategies. Your qualifications include a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset, the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,
