Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing all HR-related activities. The role entails ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and supporting the overall HR strategies of the company.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing is a plus
