Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Intern located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, on-boarding, maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks. The role involves supporting HR management and ensuring smooth HR operations to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management will be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
