Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Daily tasks include coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding processes. The intern will also help in creating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience or coursework in HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience with HR software and MS Office is a plus
