Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Mumbai. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR functions, including supporting the implementation of HR policies, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits. The intern will also provide administrative support to the HR department and contribute to personnel management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Understanding of HR Management and Personnel Management processes
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in an on-site environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
