Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern at our Thane location, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various HR functions and processes. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of HR experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS. - Support in documentation, compliance checks, and personnel file management. - Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. - Assist in performance review coordination and attendance tracking. - Handle basic employee queries and escalate when necessary. Qualification Required: - MBA in Human Resources or related field In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in communication, interpersonal interactions, HR operations, and MS Office applications.
