Responsibilities : Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues Cultivate a supportive workplace Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates; Screen resumes and application forms Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Help in identifying potential vendors and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical function Show more Show less
