What You’ll Do

• Assist in

  end-to-end recruitment

  — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and internship documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires and interns.
• Support performance tracking, attendance management, and feedback collection.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A people-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in recruitment, team building, and HR management.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
