HR Interns (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and assist in managing HR databases.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive work culture.
• Contribute to drafting and revising HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
• Handle general employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Participate in special HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
