Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role at Lipka. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role is located in New Delhi with options for some remote work. Qualifications Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management skills Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team leadership and motivation abilities Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen fittings industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field CTC will be based on the interview.
