Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The day-to-day tasks will include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves addressing employee queries, handling conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Broad knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
