Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, including employee relations and enforcing HR policies. They will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee retention, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies Knowledge in various Human Resources (HR) functions including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the IT industry is a plus Show more Show less
