Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The position is located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR operations
• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
