Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and supporting talent management initiatives.

• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in IT or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
