We’re looking for an experienced, people-centric HR Manager who believes HR isn’t just about policies it’s about building a WOW Experience Culture.

You’ll lead recruitment, engagement, and culture development across Aaryan Group, ensuring every employee and their family feel proud to say #WeAreAaryans.

🔍 What We Are Looking For

• 5 + years of full-spectrum HR experience (preferably in real estate / corporate setup)

• Strong understanding of hiring, onboarding, and employee-engagement programs

• Sound knowledge of labour laws & compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity etc.)

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

• Develop and implement HR policies, appraisals & training modules
