Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school standards.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per school norms.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) and coordinate with relevant authorities.
  • Support in performance management, appraisals, and staff development programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for faculty and non-teaching staff.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and school events.
  • Collaborate with the management to meet staffing and organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity
