We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team and help foster a productive, efficient, and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school standards. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per school norms. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.) and coordinate with relevant authorities. Support in performance management, appraisals, and staff development programs. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for faculty and non-teaching staff. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and school events. Collaborate with the management to meet staffing and organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in an educational institution. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity
