Over the years the Group has diversified its business interests in the areas of Construction (Commercial, Residential and Government Contracting), Property Development and Maintenance, Finance (Hire purchase and Leasing), Travel and Tourism, Publishing and Hospitality (Restaurants, Coffee bars, Service Apartments) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive at Enkay Condominiums - Serviced Apartments located in Delhi, India. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating human resources activities, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks will include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, and supporting the overall HR strategy. Additionally, the role includes overseeing office operations and facilities management to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. Qualifications Strong HR skills including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management Administrative skills such as office operations and facilities management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the hospitality or serviced apartments industry is a plus
