We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time role for someone who’s enthusiastic about creating a positive work environment, loves organizing things (and people!), and is ready to take ownership of HR responsibilities in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment processes

  , including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Plan and execute

  employee engagement

  activities and initiatives
• Oversee core

  HR operations

  – onboarding, documentation, attendance, and policy implementation
• Support

  administrative operations

  and ensure smooth internal processes
• Take charge of

  event planning and management

  – from team outings to festive celebrations

What We’re Looking For:

• 1.5+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine interest in people and culture
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
