We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team. Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities: B2B Sales: Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales in the guest house, hotel, and serviced apartment industry. Identify and target potential clients, including corporates, travel agencies, and event organizers. Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our hospitality solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups. Cold Calling: Initiate cold calling campaigns to introduce our services and generate interest among potential clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Corporate Dealing: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, negotiating and closing deals that align with both client needs and company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of guest house, hotel, and serviced apartment operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
