Recruitment (IT/Software), HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing the overall human resources activities

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR executive
Experience in IT/Software recruitment
Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
Expertise in Employee Relations
Hands-on experience in Payroll processing, calculations and compliance
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
