Job Overview:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing

  : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• Employee Relations

  : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and help resolve workplace issues.

• Performance Management

  : Coordinate and track employee performance reviews, helping managers implement development plans.

• HR Documentation

  : Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.

• Training & Development

  : Support employee training programs, help in identifying skill gaps, and facilitate workshops to foster continuous learning.

• Employee Engagement

  : Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities.

• HR Reports

  : Generate HR reports for management and assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Coordinator, or similar role (0-1 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR functions and practices, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
