Role Description

Location:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. You will play a key role in building and shaping the company’s HR policies, team structure, and workplace culture.

As the HR leader, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all core HR functions and managing the HR department
• Designing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s mission and growth
• Leading recruitment drives and end-to-end hiring processes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies
• Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
• Driving performance management and appraisal cycles
• Planning and executing training and development programs
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
• Supporting leadership in organization building and workforce planning

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, including employee relations and performance management
• Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency in recruitment processes and compliance with labor laws
• Training and development experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to promote a positive workplace culture
• Previous experience in a senior HR role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
