Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Video Creation Specialist located in Lucknow. The AI Video Creation Specialist will be responsible for producing and editing videos, managing new media projects, and overseeing media production. This role involves working closely with the team to create high-quality video content that aligns with Better Nutrition's mission and goals. Qualifications 1)Portfolio with ≥3 AI-generated reels that performed well in terms of reach, engagement, or virality (non-negotiable). 2)Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools like Runway Gen-3, Veo, Pika, Sora, or similar. 3)Strong grasp of video editing fundamentals including pacing, framing, transitions, and sound design. 4)Familiarity with caption automation tools and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Descript, CapCut, Later). 5)Ability to analyze video performance metrics (reach, retention, shares) and apply learnings quickly. 6)A creative mindset with the ability to craft story-driven, platform-native content for Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. 7)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with rapid content iteration cycles.
