Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and enhance our HR functions. This role will involve assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HR processes and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Handle basic HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed.Assist in payroll coordination.Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations. Required Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and compliance.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
