HR Executive

What You’ll Do

Talent & Hiring

• Run end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
• Build smart hiring pipelines for sales, marketing, ops, and corporate roles.
• Partner with managers to spot great talent and bring them onboard quickly.

Onboarding & Culture

• Create a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.
• Plan fun and meaningful engagement activities that keep morale high.
• Help shape a culture where ideas, ownership, and collaboration thrive.

HR Operations

• Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Keep HR processes lean, compliant, and startup-friendly.
• Draft and update HR policies to suit our fast-evolving team.

Learning & Growth

• Support performance reviews and feedback cycles.
• Coordinate training sessions and upskilling opportunities.
• Be the go-to person for career growth and team happiness.

Who You Are

• MBA/PGDM in HR (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (FMCG/Pharma/Consumer brands/startup exposure is a big plus).
• A people-person with great communication skills.
• Organized, energetic, and hands-on – you get things done.
• Knows HR basics (compliance, payroll, policies) but loves adding a human touch.
