With a growing portfolio of baby care essentials, Meechu is expanding its reach through digital channels to become a leading name in conscious parenting. Role Overview As the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for building and scaling Meechu’s digital retail channels. You’ll drive strategy, operations, and growth across our own website, online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and partner platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience and strong revenue growth. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with Meechu’s brand and growth goals. Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets for D2C and marketplace channels. Website Management Oversee the performance of Meechu's e-commerce platform (Shopify or similar). Collaborate with UI/UX and tech teams to enhance site experience, conversion rates, and checkout flows. Marketplace Management Manage relationships and operations on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and other baby product platforms. Optimize product listings, run paid campaigns, and drive visibility on third-party platforms. Performance Marketing & Analytics Work closely with the marketing team to run and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google, affiliate networks). Own the analytics stack for e-commerce performance and customer behavior insights. Implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages, pricing, and promotions. Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure healthy inventory levels. Optimize fulfillment processes to reduce costs and improve customer experience. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Hire and lead an e-commerce team including operations, analytics, and support staff. Manage third-party agencies for ads, SEO, and technology development. Key Requirements 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven success in scaling D2C brands or FMCG products via digital platforms. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, marketplace algorithms, and e-commerce tech tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central). Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is preferred. Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and project management skills. Startup mindset: agile, ownership-driven, and hands-on. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master’s in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. Experience in the baby care, pharma, or personal care industry is a plus.
