What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founding team to

  define and drive company vision, strategy, and growth roadmap

  .
• Take ownership of

  one or more verticals

  – Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance – depending on expertise.
• Build and lead

  high-performing teams

  aligned to Meechu’s culture.
• Forge

  strategic partnerships

  with platforms, distributors, investors, and stakeholders.
• Help shape

  fundraising strategy and investor relations

  as we scale.
• Be the

  face of Meechu

  – inspiring trust among parents, employees, and the ecosystem.
• Balance

  affordability with aspiration

  to ensure Meechu reaches

  every Indian home

  .

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset

  – someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee.
• 6–12 years of experience in

  FMCG, Consumer Brands, Pharma, or E-commerce

  .
• Strong expertise in at least one of:

  Brand Building, Sales, Digital Commerce, Operations, or Fundraising

  .

• Hands-on and hustle-driven

  – willing to roll up sleeves and do what it takes.
• Proven ability to

  scale teams/businesses

  .
• A natural

  leader and culture builder

  .
• Most importantly:

  deep belief in the Meechu mission

  – bringing science, love, and affordability together for baby care.
