Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located in Surat for the position of Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving business development efforts, collaborating on strategic planning, forming partnerships with vendors, and overseeing operational growth. Core tasks involve defining business objectives, managing client relationships, innovating travel solutions, and expanding the company's market presence. The Co-Founder will play a key role in shaping the company's brand and ensuring its continued growth and success in the travel and tourism sector.

• Leadership and entrepreneurial skills to drive strategic planning, innovation, and company growth
• Strong business development and partnership-building experience within the travel and tourism industry
• Operational management expertise, including experience in MICE travel planning and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster client trust and team collaboration
• Knowledge of travel market trends, geographic areas, and customer preferences
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost control, is an advantage
