Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-Founder located in Guwahati. The Co-Founder will play a critical role in shaping the company’s strategy, driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting research, and making data-informed decisions for product and business growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in Sales and Marketing for driving business growth Proficiency in Research, including market analysis and user insights Visionary leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments Relevant experience in startups, technology products, or community-driven platforms is a plus
