Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a Co-Founder (Event Operations). The role involves leading and managing event operations, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of events for the success of The Jhund initiative. Daily tasks include planning, coordinating, and overseeing events, as well as identifying opportunities for partnerships and promoting the platform’s offerings to key audiences.

What You Will Lead:

• End-to-end event operations, planning, and

execution.

• Partnering with venues, vendors, artists,

sponsors.

• Designing scalable event formats (concerts,

workshops, fests, community events).

• Driving revenue streams: ticketing,

sponsorships, premium experiences.

• Building the event operations team from

scratch.

• Input on product roadmap and operational

strategy.

• Overseeing quality control, budgeting & P&L,

and on-ground coordination.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 2–10+ years in event management or running

an event agency.

• Strong network of vendors, artists, sponsors,

and venues.

• Experience managing small to large-scale

events.

• Entrepreneurial and leadership mindset.

• Ability to scale operations from 0 → 1 → 100.
