Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Sales Team (Commission-Based) at True Tourism XP. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and selling tour packages, and meeting sales targets. The team member will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Communication skills
• Experience in Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Ability to conduct Market Research and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely
• Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
