Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder, primarily based in Pune with flexibility for partial remote work. The Co-Founder will oversee business development, strategic planning, and operational management. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, contributing to marketing strategies, and driving sales. The role also involves collaborating with the core team to establish and implement long-term goals for the agency's success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Marketing for driving business growth and client engagement
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research for informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build strong client relationships
• Leadership experience and entrepreneurial mindset to manage operations and innovate solutions
• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry and prior experience in a leadership or co-founding role is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
