Job Title: Marketing Executive – Retail (Apparel & Readymade Garments) Location: Thiruvarur & Mayiladuthurai Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Store Manager / Marketing Manager About the Role We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing Executive to join our retail team in Thiruvarur and Mayiladuthurai . Key Responsibilities In-Store Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute visual merchandising and promotional displays. Coordinate with vendors and designers for POP materials. Conduct in-store campaigns during festive seasons, sales, and new arrivals. Digital & Social Media Marketing Handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc..) Post engaging content like reels, stories, and offers. Respond to customer queries and grow follower base. Customer Engagement & Feedback Manage loyalty programs and CRM tools. Collect customer feedback and report insights for service improvement. Organize customer engagement activities like styling sessions, contests, etc. Local Area Marketing (LAM) Conduct field marketing like leaflet distribution, posters, standees. Partner with local businesses and events to increase store visibility. Identify opportunities for school, college, or office tie-ups. Sales Support & Analysis Coordinate with the sales team to understand fast/slow-moving items and promote accordingly. Monitor performance of campaigns and submit reports. Track competitor marketing activities and provide input. Inventory Coordination Coordinate with inventory team to align promotions with available stock. Avoid over-promotion of out-of-stock items. Key Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic graphic designing or Canva skills (preferred) Social media knowledge and content creation Field marketing and customer interaction Fluency in English/Tamil as per region Creative mindset with analytical thinking Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or related field 1–3 years experience in retail/fashion marketing preferred Why Join Us?
