Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Audit Manager role in Tiruvarur involves planning and executing audits with a key focus on stock audits, GST filing, and accurate financial reporting. The responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, identifying risks, implementing strong internal controls, and verifying inventory accuracy. The role requires expertise in GST processes, returns filing, ITC reconciliation, and timely compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), Excel, and digital audit tools is essential. The audit manager will work closely with internal teams to improve accounting practices, provide strategic insights, and enhance overall financial efficiency and integrity.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

    in auditing, stock audit, GST filing, or financial reporting
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks and provide strategic insights
  • Solid understanding of finance, accounting principles, and internal control systems
  • Hands-on experience in conducting financial or stock audits
  • Good knowledge of GST processes, returns filing, and ITC reconciliation
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and basic IT tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA Inter, etc.) are an added advantage
  • Prior experience in retail, manufacturing, or the textile industry is preferred
