Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr HR Executive located in Thiruvarur. The Sr HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR management. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, handling employee grievances, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
