Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Executive located in Thiruvarur. The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and leading network administration efforts. The role also includes overseeing IT operations to ensure seamless functionality across all digital platforms and systems. Daily tasks involve managing IT infrastructure, resolving user issues, and implementing new technological solutions to improve business operations.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Network Administration
• Experienced in Information Technology and IT Operations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Thiruvarur
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
