Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive Retail (Apparel & Readymade Garments) at the retail locations in Thiruvarur and Mayiladuthurai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing store visibility and driving sales through a combination of offline and digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute visual merchandising and promotional displays in-store. - Coordinate with vendors and designers for POP materials. - Conduct in-store campaigns during festive seasons, sales, and new arrivals. - Handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by posting engaging content like reels, stories, and offers. - Respond to customer queries and actively grow the follower base. - Manage loyalty programs and CRM tools to enhance customer engagement. - Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. - Organize customer engagement activities such as styling sessions and contests. - Conduct local area marketing activities like leaflet distribution, posters, and standees. - Partner with local businesses and events to increase store visibility. - Identify opportunities for school, college, or office tie-ups. - Coordinate with the sales team to align promotions with fast/slow-moving items. - Monitor campaign performance, track competitor activities, and submit reports. - Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure promotions align with available stock levels. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in retail/fashion marketing is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Basic graphic designing or Canva skills are preferred. - Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is required. - Fluency in English/Tamil as per the region is necessary. - Creative mindset with analytical thinking capabilities.
