We are looking for a Campaign Monitoring Specialist to join our clients Marketing Automation team and ensure the optimal performance of campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud . Monitoring email campaigns, automations, and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 2. Analyzing key metrics to spot trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization. 3. Collaborating with the Marketing Automation team to understand campaign processes. 4. Identifying and fixing issues like delays, errors, or drop-offs affecting performance. 5. Troubleshooting technical issues in SFMC automations and journeys. 6. Working with internal teams and SFMC support to resolve complex problems. 7. Generating and analyzing reports, offering actionable insights and communicating findings to stakeholders. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing with experience in managing marketing automation campaigns or conducting marketing analysis in a B2B setting. 2. Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo). 3. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to extract actionable insights from data. 4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal and proficient in Microsoft Excel. 5. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist) are advantageous. 6. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript is preferred and experience in PowerBi is good to have. Keyword research: Brand keywords, Product Related, Competitor Targeting keywords 3. Media Planning: Create, Execute after approval 4. Campaign Monitoring: Daily Bid check, Placement checks, Negative keywords marking, Input New keywords 5. Ad balance monitoring: Intimate Client Servicing for recharge once Ad balance reaches the minimum limit 6. Reporting & Review on campaign performance 7. Review Campaigns of all brands with Client Servicing Lead at least once a month 8. Training Interns & helping Jr. Executive wherever required Marketplace Activities 1. Onboarding & complete account setup 2. Product listing creation: Sharing requirements, Creating Content, Bulk Listing, File Uploading, QC & make live 3. Product Listing management: Uploading Listing Images, A+ content, Brandstore, Creating variation strategy 4. Inventory Management: Keep an eye on Stock levels, FBA registration process 5. Account Health check: Daily monitor Account Health & inform Client Servicing in case of any issue 6. Pricing Strategy: Keep an eye on Competitor Pricing, Suggests for Promotions & Coupons 7. Review & Ratings: Keep an eye on Product reviews, Make plans for Review activity 8. Reporting: Input correct data in the Weekly & Monthly reports as per the format. 9. Training Interns & helping Jr. Ex wherever required
